When the time comes the decision for me to grab either a Heritage or Gibson is becoming increasingly easy.

Gibson has lost their way.

I like the wood and three pickups could be interesting, but the headstock and pickup switch have got to go. I too would prefer standard know placement. Other than that, I'm okay with it.

Of course, for those reasons I wouldn't buy one either!

say what you will about the looks of that thing (and i will too that thing is hideous it looks like the designer was being eaten by a pack of wolves at the time) but you know in like 30-40 years that thing will be stupid valuable because there will only be like 7 of them

Being a Fender guy, I have plenty of Fender shirts and wear with no problems. In the last year I get my first two Gibsons - SG and LP. That said, for some reason I have not been excited about getting a Gibson shirt. Now I know why!
