Creative? Check snoops.com, the real story just aired on Fox. A Gibson employee showed up to work drunk and screwed up the routing for the control cavity where they had to put the pots in there, and he also mistakenly installed the switch from when we was working on his fender in the garage, and forgot the switch was in his shirt pocket. Not to mention falling asleep at the sander when he was sanding the headstock. He was messed up so bad it slipped past QA so they fabricated the new model release as a cover up...

It's true.. Check snoops..

I know, lets put a weird headstock on it, change the arrangement of the knobs for no reason, and add a slider."
