Thieves in my neighborhood

For everyone that considers a weapon for defense. Please make sure you know all the laws, take a class, find out where that line it.

Find you if you have Castle is my Kingdom laws. If you don't, make sure you in general you don't take out a gun. If you do have Castle laws find out where the legal borders are. They may not extend outside your home.

When you consider brandashing a gun in or outside of your home, a whole lot of other thinks also happen that may be illegal.

So, in WA state, everything outside the border of your house is no part the the Castle Laws. You also have to truly be in fear of your life.

Finally, no matter what happens when you use a gun, even if you are right, the family is going to sue you in civil court so be ready.

So please be educated in when and where you can use a gun for defense please.

Only thing I hate worse than a liar... is a thief. There are some downright-affordable security cameras for residential use, now. Just sayin'.

Sorry to hear..Glad none was hurt. I've been hit twice in the last 30 yrs. You really feel violated
when you know people have been through your drawers etc. The first time it was the teenage son of the maintenance man at the condo we lived in. The second time never was solved. +1 on pics and serial numbers on all your valuables esp guitars , electronic equip and jewelry.
