As much as I loved the game I didn't really get into the show much. I do need to find some time to watch it and give it a fair shake.
The show and the books are very similar. The video game was more different, likely because it had to be. Less dialogue, more action in the games versus the books.

Virtua Fighter 5: Ultimate Showdown trailer

Out June 1st, PS4-exclusive, will be one of the "free" PS Plus titles, to boot.

I hope the netcode is decent, seeing as Sega has hopes to revitalise VF5 as an esports thing. I also hope this leads to Sega making a VF6, finally, and maybe bringing back more dormant properties.

Is it worth sticking to the Witcher show?

I tried maybe 4 or 5 times to give it a go and couldnt get past halfway in the first episode

Yep, but stay off your phone/books/newspapers/tablets and pay attention. You have to know what’s going on to enjoy it.

seems (imo) like the show assumes you already know the characters and the lore.

The books are sort of that way too. Things like the characters and lore get explained as you go along, but yeah it sort of starts in the middle of it. I'd already played the game when I watched the show, so was familiar with the world and most of the characters. But I only ever played Witcher 3, so I didn't know anyone's origin stories or anything.

I liked Far Cry 5 a lot...had a lot more trouble getting into New Dawn. The lack of decent weapons and ammo just destroyed me cuz I’m a terrible shot.

I loved Far Cry 4. Just never got into 5. I think I really liked the war torn setting in the Himalayas, and not so much killing cult members in Montana.
