I seriously think I got my whole ab workout in for the month. I even called my wife in here and played it again.

That's one of my biggest concerns about getting on those things!

The fastest I go is about 4.3 to 4.6 mph, and I am super careful on one.

The guy with the pogo stick deserves what he got, though.

Which also raises the question, why do they put the rear end of the treadmill so close to the wall?
