This is California. Even felons don’t go to jail.Even if it's a setup... so what. She's probably been terrorizing the neighborhood kids, and they got sick of it and needed proof. They got it. The asshole gets to go to jail for a night and think about her life choices and spend the next few months worrying if she'll have to go to jail for an extended stay.
I'd also be inclined to try to get a restraining order if she isn't contrite. She'd have to move out of her own house.
Orange County.... at least the DA will prosecute. This is California. Even felons don’t go to jail.
Modern day sanctimony doesn’t seem to require honesty or integrity…When she went toward the kid after the mom said there was video, my wife would have been beating the shit out of her. Daughter in law also. Set up or not she went way overboard and then lied about what happened.
I call that an urban dunce cap.And the flat brim
In a heartbeat. She wants to "throw hands"? Knock her on her ass.
Depending on WHO they cross, jail is the much safer place to be.This is California. Even felons don’t go to jail.

Wrong. I got off the sidewalk and got RUN OVER. If the kid isn't yours and isn't doing anything wrong, it's no one else's business.Me too and if told by an adult to do that you listened. Times have changed
