Couldn’t tell much through my iPad speakers. On the subject of “tone wood” I have an interesting experience. Several years ago, a friend brought over a guitar for me to set up. It was a 70s MIJ Crestwood brand LP shaped guitar. Like an old Dano it had a Masonite top and bottom, a hollow body, and no sound holes, I wondered if it was worth the effort! I set the thing up and played it, and it just sang! The guy came to pick it up and I tried to buy it for $150. That didn’t succeed.

I would say makes the whole thing kinda stupid (well not stupid but not a good representation) with the bridge, pick up and neck are in the same piece of wood on every different body wood.
