I've been a little too liberal with my purchasing form Japan this year, so it's time to let a few pieces go. All are prime examples of quality Japanese craftsmanship. All prices include shipping in the US and are net to me (buyer covers payment fees, if any).

1981 Tokai ES-150R $3,900 - One of the rarest examples of the vintage MIJ 335s from the golden age (1979 - 1983). This model was only made in 1981, and the blonde finish is the rarest of them all. Pickups have been upgraded (originals included) and a new nut professionally installed.

More pics and info here - Tokai ES-150

2013 Crews LED-1959 $3,200 - In my opinion, the Crews LED models are among the best of the best. Handmade using the highest quality materials only when available. This one has been listed before, but I'm dropping the price by $500.

More info and pics here - Crews LED-1959

rs=w:1300,h:800

2005 Greco Zemaitis GZ-3500 - $2,200 - Among the first generation of MIJ Zemaitis licensed guitars after Tony Z passed away. A clean example of an iconic guitar.

More pics and info here - Greco Zemaitis

2009 Tokai SG-190 - $1,300 - High end Tokai SG in white with a Maestro.

More pics and info here - Tokai SG

SOLD - 2013 Edwards ALS135/RE - $1,050 - If you want a high quality, budget priced single cut, this is the one. All lacquer finish with Duncan Antiquity pickups.

I would describe the neck as a C from top to bottom, there's no V at the first several frets. It doesn't have big shoulders or feel fat to me. I've had 5 different Zemaitis guitars pass through my hands (both Greco branded and not) and have found the necks to be pretty consistent to this one in size and shape. I would also compare it to many of the Tokai single cuts I've owned, though it is a little wider than most of those. Feel free to PM me directly, I'm happy to answer any other questions.

Okay since my LS80 doesn't want to sell I have to put something else on the chopping block.
Enter my 2015 LSS195. From what I can tell this is basically higher specced than the present LSS256's, it has a 1p Honduras body, whereas the current 256s have two peice bodies. Everything else looks about the same.
I'm am extremely convinced that the fretboard is not EIR, but in fact some other premium asian rosewood, or perhaps madagascar. It's a bit of a mystery to me, but I just sorta looks and feels a bit different to EIR up close. The spec sheets all just say "rosewood".

$1600 SHIPPED PP F&F
$1450 SHIPPED NOW. All Honduran mahogany 1p body and 1p neck, Gator case, nitro finish, aluminium wraparound, 7.25lb

Up for sale: 2000's Momose MTL2-STD/M

2.jpg

More pics

Excellent black guard tele from Japans finest luthiers. This has been a part of my core collection for years. Easily one of the best teles I've ever played. Excellent condition and plays and sounds amazing. Very resonant and rings for days. Standard weight. I believe it has the earlier YUTA pickups that are stellar. More bottom and mids in the bridge pickup without lossing clarity and bite. Perfect for blues and rock. Very comfy medium to fat soft v. All original except for a new Gotoh bridge with individual brass saddles (GTC201) and Gotoh locking tuners (original tuners are included). Also included is the original now hard to get Momose tweed hardcase in good condition (save 120 euro if you don't need the hardcase).

1500 euro securely packed and shipped to your doorstep in EU. Anywhere else just ask :)

Price reduced to 1400 euro. If your looking for an awesome tele, then this is your ticket!

I can't let Zombie have all the fun here.

SOLD
Bacchus BLS-95
It has been completely taken apart and restored. It has a 3pc back, 95% one main piece and a small sliver of wood on each bottom end of the main body piece. You can only tell by carefully looking from the sides. Fresh fret level, crown and polish, fingerboard cleaned and inlays polished, tuners cleaned and lubed, pickguard, entire body and all hardware polished up as best I can. No dents or big scratches on the top and one hard to see small dent on the back, a couple of small scratches around the sides. Had a few chips on the bottom side poly, one that is still visible after I filled it but it's much less noticeable and totally smooth now. Comes ready to go with new 10.5 stringjoy strings and a used gibson case.

Current pics and restoration process pics on my site.

Fs or trade:

ESP Ltd ec 1000 T (also known as 1001T).
I changed the pickups to white emgs, and replaced the gold hardwear with nickel. The neck pickup is a single coil in a humbuckers case. The bridge is an 85.
Comes with a gig bag.
Will include the original gold parts (the black emgs are gone)

Looking for a specific guitar for trade. If you have:
Gold top Les Paul
P90s
Gold top single cut
With nitro finish?
Or Japanese Les Paul (preferably an Edwards)

If you have Sony camera gear, I maybe interested in that too? Maybe a 35mm f1.4 or 50mm f1.2, or sigma 105mm f1.4?

Let me know
Price: $1800 cad
Location: Toronto, Canada
still around

I'll offer these up here before making Reverb listings. I have a bunch of pictures of all these, just shoot me a DM with your email. They're all around 9lbs, the Edwards is aroj d 7.5lbs and come win non-original cases. CONUS only please. No trades, please. I don't need anymore guitars.

1981 LS-60 Tobacco/Bourbon Burst, excellent condition, $2,600 net/OBO. Two piece solid top, two piece back. Lollar Imperial low neck/high bridge. 500k CTS pots, .22 PIO caps. Gotoh SD-90 tuners, aluminum tailpiece, and replacement bridge. All the original hardware (minus bridge) and electronics come with it. Frets are original and no signs of wear.
Test.jpg

1983 LS-80 Goldtop w/light back- SOLD. Two piece top and back. These are super rare and this thing is about as close to mint as a 40 year old guitar can get. I got it from the original owner about a decade ago. It has been refretted so the nibs are gone but the new frets have no signs of wear. The original bridge is still on it and isn't breaking down at all. Manlius Fat Diane neck/Hot Rod 59 bridge w/ReWind long A2 magnet. 500k CTS Pots, .22 PIO caps. Gotoh SD-90 tuners and aluminum tailpiece. This guitar is as an absolute flame thrower. So much fun to play and has a massive sound.
GT.jpg

1980 LS-50 Blackburst- $1,250 net/OBO. For the age this guitar is in great condition with no signs of fret wear. I'm about 99% sure the fretboard is BRW. It's the smoothest non-ebody LP board I've ever played and I've had a few BRW guitars. Comes with the legendary Electric City RD-59 set. I don't want to lose these pups, but these sound so good together I don't have the heart to break them up. Bridge is original and not breaking down. 500k CTS pots, .22 PIO caps. Gotoh SD-90 tuners and aluminum tailpiece. For the money the playability and tone of this guitar will give anything a run for the money in a Pepsi Challenge.
Black.jpg

Edwards Jimmy Page model- SOLD. net/OBO. I'm not sure what year this is, 2008 maybe? Everyone knows what these are. Comically light and a ton of guitar for the price tag. This is the third one I've owned. The pups are a Seymour Duncan CS JP neck/Manlius T-Top bridge. 500k CTS pots, .22 PIO caps. It comes beat to hell, but nothing looks outside the ordinary. The ultimate three hour set Les Paul.

Looking to trade my The Kasuga for a Stratocaster, springy sound or similar. All original, Comes with OHSC and case candy. late 70s built I believe, nitro finish, 42mm nut, fret end binding. It’s got a nice full c neck profile. I’d like $800 in my pocket for it, if I were to sell for cash.
