FS: Bartlett-top 59 Replica

Posted this one before but always had a change in mind, couldn't let her go. After many MIJ, Historic and Vintage LPs this has been the ONE for me in the last few years. Circumstances happened and it's time to find a new home for her.

Built by local master builder from real lightweight old-growth Honduras mahogany body, Canadian hard rock maple top sourced from Tom Bartlett, old Braz board, historically correct top carve, glues, hardware, electronics, etc. Currently equipped with Custombuckers. Weight: 3,8 kg. Has the early 2000's Lifton case that is highly sought after (the Costa Rica one).

Fast price: 3500 EUR + shipping. Located in the EU. Shipped by UPS or your preferred courier.

Oh.My.God.

The wood on that thing is incredible. The back is gorgeous. That's cheaper than an R9. Killer deal.

REDUCED: 1981 Tokai ES100: SOLD.
This is my rock bottom price, you're basically getting the 59's and installation for free.

Pickups have been swapped to a really nice set of Duncan 59's with raw nickel covers that have been naturally aged. Original pups included.

VINTAGE LP PETER GREEN.

Vintage LP PGM Peter Green/ Gary Moore Lemon Drop. Non-reliced version.

Beautiful, very good-mint condition. Could easily pass for new.

Don’t knock Vintage brand guitars until you have tried one.

Vintage makes very well built, quality guitars, that are affordable.

This guitar has a beautiful flamed maple top, which I believe is a veneer, like Epiphone.

Real Rosewood fretboard.

It has the out of phase pickup and gets pretty darn close to Peter Green’s tone, very expressive.

The volume and tone knobs are mismatched like Greeny.

Comes with an Eden HSC.

Great present for someone interested in learning guitar, or a seasoned player.

$400, $50 insured shipping, CONUS only.

PayPal F&F or all fees paid by buyer.

Thanks for looking.

Hello, I’m looking for a left handed project guitar. I would like to build a “burst” from either a Amber LTD EC series or another MIJ LP. Budget is limited so I’d like to keep it under $600. It can be a husk for all I care, but can’t have any breaks and cannot have any major damage to the neck (dings dents etc.) Distressed or aged look is perfectly fine. Feel free to respond here or PM me. Thank you for reading!

From, Greco

For sale is a 2005 Tokai ES-155 in cherry red. The guitar plays and sounds great, and has some minor wear in certain spots. The frets are in great shape, with very minimal wear in the first few positions. There is some cloudiness from the nitro on the headstock, which seems to happen on these older Tokai guitars I tried to take pictures of the more noticeable marks, but some are hard to capture in pics. Nothing effects playability though.

The top and back can go from plain to slight flame depending on it's angle. The wiring harness has been upgraded with CTS art of Tone 525k pots, PIO caps, switchcraft switch and jack, and was wired 50's style and installed by our own @Roxy13

It has Gotoh HB-classic pickups in it which sound great and give you a nice low-output PAF sound.

The guitar weighs 7.7lbs, and has a nice medium C neck carve with a nut width of 1.64".

It comes with the original hard case, original paperwork, the original amber knobs, truss rod tool, and the stock wiring harness.

Asking $1600 shipped and Paypal'd in the CONUS.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Still available!

HELP!!!!
Hi guys, this is technically related to this thread. Has anyone here ever filled out a Lacey Act form before? I need help, as I have 4 guitars bought through FromJapan that are currently held by the USDA in Oakland, California.

They are asking me to have the SHIPPER send them filled out Lacey Act documents. What do I do?

To be honest, I’m not sure. I have guesses.

The guitars are:
1x 1982 Tokai FV-70N which has mahogany and rosewood. I am not sure what kinds they are but I doubt it’s braz or Honduran.

1x Aria Pro II Leopard LP style
Would guess it’s got sugar maple, rosewood and mahogany.

1x Greco Super Power SE 380
Would guess Japanese sen and sugar maple neck.

1x Morris TF805
I would guess that this has Rosewood, mahogany, Ebony, Spruce, sugar maple.

Who is the shipping company?
FedEx. But the guitars are stuck in customs right now. I’m thinking of having them send the shipment Back to Japan. I think the reason it’s being held up it’s because I sent them all together in one shipment instead of sending them separately under different shipping labels. In the past I’ve never had this kind of issue when there was just one guitar at a time. I might also use EMS or whatever the Japanese Postal Service is, instead of using FedEx. It’s a shame having to Pay the extra shipping money. But since the customs won’t take the Lacey act form from me And from Japan doesn’t help you with customs, I don’t see many other options in front of me right now.

I sent you a PM with a phone number for FedEx's main office in Memphis. I think you will be able to get it resolved over the phone.
