Technically it is Engel.. But you walk into walmart in most places with a glock on your belt and cops will be visiting you shortly..

This is what the 2nd amendment says..Bear arms... Not lock them up in a cabinet at home.. :)

Still need permit to conceal..

Hence the gun free establishment.

You wouldn't catch me dead in a f'n wal mart. I haven't been in one since I left.... Tennessee :laugh2:

I love it back home but there's some stuff I sure don't miss!

It's a shame that we have to enact new laws to reaffirm what the current law actually provides for.

I believe what Tennessee is doing is firing off a salvo in the current war on the 2nd Admentment.

Too bad. History shows that in the Old West, you had to check your guns in with the local Marshall while in town. He gave you a ticket, like a coat check, and you used it to retrieve your guns when you left town.

Seems Dodge City, Wichita, Tuscon and the likes had more sense than Tennessee.

Yep. It's been legal to open carry in Ohio since the 1800's. I'd be real surprised if it currently is not in Tennessee.

The daily slaughter of children in Ohio because of open carry must be stopped. FOR THE CHILDREN!

Pennsylvania is open carry as well.

/except for Philadelphia County

Your sarcasm is unwarranted.
