So when did they get the Super Real/Sound/Power put on the headstock ?? Is that a real early '80 ?? Its sweet.

Yes, there are some nekkid' headstocks out there in early 1980. Mostly EG-450s,500s and 700s from what I have seen. It is a super light 3.8 kg and doesn't have the really fat Super Real necks but is a nice surprise.
