but this guitars serial is 8 7173.

See if that was me and I wrote down a random number and then found the axe with that matching number I would HAVE to get that axe!

I get all crazed with the numbers like "Rainman crazy"!! The serial on my G0 8131, no matter how you added it up comes out to "13"... her name!

That price is whack though. I heard the RI's were going up in price but geez!
Glad I got mine on sale for $2299.00!

seems like alot of money for a plain top. Looks like a nice one, but its even above GC price (or the OLD gc price at least).

I got an 06, R-8 plan top from this dealer.in 06. If you really like it, make an offer. It can't hurt. (and I DON'T work for them). Good Luck.

That is spooky, you have to have that guitar, make an ioffer it's a buyers market!, what do you have to lose
