I think this thread is a great idea. I respect what Rich is saying about Ebay but I personally hate navigating the main MLP Classified page looking for MIJ deals. This forum is where it's at!

I have been buying & selling since I was a teenager; not just musical equipment either :)

I sold the first guitar I ever sold at age 16, and I sold the first amp I ever sold at age 18.
I am 50 as of last month.

let's just get this fact outta the way; I HATE EBAY

Having said that, eBay is a huge phenomena, and as much as I & others may hate eBay, there is absolutely no other selling format, venue, etc., that will consistantly get you the exposure, or the top selling price if you are selling an item.

Sell your crap where you wanna sell your crap but eBay will get you the best price for your crap, when you wanna sell your crap :thumb:

YMMV ..................

I think it is a good idea, thanks Mono. I will be posting some things here next week if the thread is still here.

Not a bad idea Andy but, I think one classified is enough really. I've sold 6 MIJ last month here and it's saved me from shelling out a ton in ebay fees.:) The other LP section also, includes, replica's and other LP guitars that aren't MIJ. Should there be a seperate classified for those aswell?

I like the idea of this thread a great deal. It's not always the most convenient thing to browse ebay and the MLP classifieds. Plus I think the communication with the seller will be a lot easier for anyone considering an item but has a few questions.

I like the idea too. I posted a couple of guitars in the classified section and they got buried to the second page in about four hours. This is pretty helpful to those of us who strictly like the MIJ stuff.

I like the MIJ Classified idea alot!
It would be easier here, you know most the people
and you can discuss what your selling at same time!
Plus your add`s won`t get burried in a couple hours! :applause:
Great idea!!!

Ok here goes!

Fujigen NCLS-10R

I am putting it on flea bay tommorrow night I think unless someone wants it.

this fujigen guitar was made in 2007. From what i can tell from research and other help from forum members this guitar is one of a limited 6 made from that year. It looks like
Fujigen does a limited run like this every year. It is virtually unplayed and looks brand new! It has a one piece mahogany back and two piece maple cap. Long tenon neck joint. It sounds really great and the pickups are very articulate.

Dropping the price to 1000.00. Won't be going any lower.

I own it for 1180.00

Also you will have to pay for shipping at that price. About 28.00 in the states, 100.00 for overseas roughly.

Body maple top , mahogany back
body finish faded cherry burst (polyester finish)
neck mahogany 1 piece u-shape
finger board rosewood 305r
scale 314mm (628mm)
frets 22f c.f.s(circle fretting system)
peg gotoh sd90-sl
pick ups alnico8 ×2 (fujigen original)
controls 2-volume , 2-tone , 3-way toggle switch
bridge ge104b
tailpiece ge101z
case fujigen original gigbag

FS: 1978 Burny FLG70 made by Tokai = Tokai LS60
As you can see in the pics, this guitar was made by Tokai in 1978, like all 1979 Burny's were. Serial number 8000219. Weight 4.55kg.
It's got all the Tokai LS60 attributes from that period. All original execept for the 1978 DiMarzio Super Distortion pickups that came with it when I purchased it. I've got a verification email from DiMarzio saying these pups are indeed SDs from 1978. I also changed the green ceramic caps for 0.022 Mustard caps.
It will come with the Canada HSC in the pic.

Price: €850 + shipping

Damn I wish I could scrape the extra dough together for that guitar Holt's selling. You must have quite the collection if your willing to part with that...

I can speak to the quality of that FGN. My goldtop is absolutely rock solid. Those things will go up in value no doubt in the coming years. Especially Holt's given it's rarity.
