I'd be spending my entire paycheck on employee-discount guitars.....
Lol. 25 yrs ago I lived in Queens NYC. I worked for Tony Bruno. He didn't have a DL so I helped him pack stuff and took it to be shipped. I played while he tuned amps and did odd jobs like wire speakers and stuff.

Trouble was when it came to pay he was like........hey you dig that Tweedy Pie over there? It's yours. I had 5 Brunos at 1 time !thankfully I still lived at home and had a big basement. And didn't need the money. I couldn't work at Gibson. No way.

Made Pre 99'? I might have wired that Cab.......His amps are killer. The Bruno Bulldog? I came up with that name. In a bar on Queens blvd.

U30. I don't remember when I bought it, maybe in '14. I want to say it's an early or mid '0X. It's a killer amp, chimey and clear with a nice breakup at vol. It was my main amp until I bought my '68 JMP 50.

The Underground amps are his best IMO. I remember being in is basement and GE Smith and Jimmy Vivino coming by and buying one of the first ones. At first they had only one UG30 and they both used it between studios at 40 Rockfeller center. Eventually GE bought another and left this one to the Late show.
