Polishing off the last of the red last night I browsed the threads of the last few days trying to build a picture of the average MLP member. Drawing on information across the boards I reached the following conclusions:

The "Average" MLP member..............

Would rather shoot someone than catch a fish
Loves Mexican food
Is 16 going on 54
.....hates him (Slash) the next
Thinks they are better looking than the freaks they actually are

I don't shoot or fish, hate mexican food, 29 going on 14, dig slash, and am well aware of my aesthetic limitations! Other than that, spot on.

At first I was surprised by how many extremely conservative guys there are on here, especially for a community of musicians. Then I remembered that guitarists are generally not like other musicians. I don't know many classical violinists who do it "for the pussy".

I've come to grips with the fact that I can't get along with some people here if we talk about politics or religion... I learned my lesson and I'm going to avoid that shit from now on. I've lost respect for certain members and they've lost respect for me over it, it's just not worth it.
