I can drink tea .... if there isn't any coffee.

:dunno:

I can't drink either tea or coffee, caffeine is one of the major triggers of migraines for me, I can't even drink the decaf stuff as it still has enough caffeine in it to set off my migraines, the smell of really strong coffee is enough to set off my migraines.

Odd caffeine is supposed to help migraines. It always helped mine.

Well, if it was one where anything was going to help. Some of them are beyond anything other than retreating to that dark place outside one's own body. Been so long, I almost have forgotten about those.

I don't miss that crap at all. Good luck with yours.

All I know is that I like fresh brewed green tea. Either hot or poured over ice.
If i'm feeling poorly I'll add raw local honey with a little cayenne pepper and turmeric.

Green Tea Health Benefits:thumb:

I brew tea for my MIL every day. I drink green tea when I dine in a good Chinese food restaurant. But I am a coffee drinker myself, can't get through the day without at least one very large, steaming cup of Sumatra.

I have no choice as I can't have caffeine due to vertigo problems and I find decaf coffee is like kissing your sister, a pointless exercise!

My psychologist suggested green tea as a treatment for depression some years back when I was struggling with anti-depression meds.

I was able to come off prescription medications within a week or two and haven't needed to go back since. Green tea keeps me reasonably level. and dare I say it...reasonably happy!

I have 3 or 4 cups of Tetly's decaf green tea a day and that's all I drink as far as beverages go. Might not be suitable for everyone but works fine for me.

Then there are also a host of other benefits as suggested by the links this poster has provided. Takes some getting used to the taste but before long the craving is almost like for coffee.

4 cups is as much as you should have per day as even natural products can be harmful in excess.

Hey, if you've done enough speed/crank as I have when you're young you don't need no tea and especially coffee. My heart rate is naturally above 100 BPM now and they tell me the last thing I need is caffeine LOL.
