Just over a year ago I put a set of Duncan Seth Lovers in my 16-year old Classic.
The bridge measures 8.2 and the neck 7.2. Each pickup (by itself) is quite clear sounding with a fairly vintage PAF vibe. If I were to swap into the bridge position with one of the many T-Top winders' (say Manilus) version of the "T-Top sound, how would you think the middle position sound would change from what I currently experience? I'm not sure how to describe adequately the sound that I currently have with my Seth Lovers; other than to use the word "full" with a "sweet" top end......almost like two tones going on simultaneously. My idea of great middle position tone is Jimmy Page with a close 2nd. being the late Mike Bloomfield's.
