In December of '13, within days of each other, my wife and I each lost an uncle on each side of our family. My uncle was single, and his estate was finally settled last month. However, my dad, who's the executor of my uncle's estate, just sent me this as a surprise...
I know there are some gun enthusiasts here, and while this may not exactly qualify as a "firearm," I have fond memories of firing my dad's as a kid (he and my uncle purchased theirs at the same time), and wanted to share it with all of you.
It's a Crosman 1377 .177 pump-action pellet gun. And while it shows some wear on the barrel, it still shoots true. I plan on using it to educate my wife on gun safety (she's never even held one before).
While I miss my uncle, I'm glad I've got this to remember him by.
