Nice! I got a card from the dealer wishing me a happy birthday. They already got their money so it was kinda nice. :dunno:

The dealer is in St Louis and I am in WI. They also had my funds for the car which I wired before it was shipped. I've bought a lot of cars over the years and it's the first car dealer that ever did this. If that's not a class move I don't know what is.

I got my Les Paul for $375 ... not exactly the ransom of a prince.

Pretty sure I spent a hell of a lot more in lessons.

That's about what I paid for my first LP..of course it was in 1971 and I probably made about $1.65 an hour. It replaced my Sears Silvertone. :)

if so...did they name lime green in the list of colors? ... if i got a free suit and i didnt have a choice of lime green id tell em all to go fly a kite and take their stupid car back while they were at it.

Sorry, Just looked. No Lime Green. But I bet if I asked the tailor nicely they would come up with something. It's a great company. They come right to the office for measurements and material selections.
