String saver saddles and bridge grounding

I assume the string saver saddles are composite?? If so would you have grounding issues if you have a bridge ground?

No one has ever suggested that it causes a problem as far as I know.

And Joe Bonamassa hasn't complained about his nylon saddles...

The groundiing is done via the tailpiece and not the bridge! Electrically speaking the tailpiece provides a better path with less connection points and is more sturdy/stable.

OK, I thought for sure I read that some LP's were grounded to the bridge. Probably a very few.
