As "all things Stinger" that I like to think that I am, I have to admit that I have never fondled a Stinger Flying V Custom or a Stinger J-45, SJ-200 or Hummingbird.

Does anyone have one (or more) of these beauties that would like to share their ownership experience with us?

Pics too, please!

Mark good idea. :thumb:

I'd certainly like to see a 2003 MM Stinger ES335. I would not mind buying one of these.

Cheers, Rudi

Not V or acoustics but close enough :fingersx: but hey, she's a cover girl as well :)

Rudi, not 335 but a 356 #14 out of 19 made; custom authentic with 50s fat neck! Totally kick ass playing guitar that happen to be my #1 guitar. I would sell both my DJ makeover before I sell this one.

I just love how the note bloom on g#, e and b on the high register ( 2nd octave), it's just rings...

I still have the stock zebra 57 classics :headbanger:stock pups, believe it or not, as I usually yank them out and change them a s I see fit. I did rolled the board to my liking; change the rings to tall vintage 58 3 pup rings + knobs, RS vintage 50's/ (was when I bought it) black rose wiring, CV locking steel studs back and with the stock heavy tail piece.

Here she is, Ms. Molly:

Actually, yes!
Your's is one of only 20 356 Stingers produced.

Your model designation is:

CS356CA59HDNH1

CS=Custom Shop
356= 356 (Duh!)
CA= Custom Authentic
59= 59 neck shape
HD= Heritage Dark Burst
NH=Nickel Hardware
1= First Quality

Your's is one of only 9 Custom Authentic 356 made!
...pretty darn rare!

Dave C. Has two or three last time I saw it on the stinger web that folded.
I thought they made 19, because that's what all there is listed on that site?

They'll show up soon enough...
