I stumbled onto a video of her with the band performing “gentle on my mind”. I liked her right away, thought she had a great voice. Then comes her solo, and she starts shredding! She’s great.

I've known about Molly for a few years now. She's very talented.

I watched the vid full screen to try and figure out what brand of guitar she's playing. My guess is Huss & Dalton.
I've seen her play Bourgeois guitars too.

Check out her vids at Carter Guitars in Nashville.

very nice...

camera is interesting and could be helpful to some that dont get palming but the interviewer needed to get off the multiple questions that really are something you just know if you have had a guitar in your hands long enough...as she said you dont really think about it, you just do it

but i will guess his constant drilling her and the camera were the whole point of this vid....

That's some might fine cross picking right there, she'd make Tony Rice proud.

She’s great!

That’s part of Troy Grady’s ‘speed project’ hence the cameras and questions.

This vid really shows how the driving engine of the guitar is the picking hand and why the dominamt hand is the one doing the picking not the fretting.

Like they used to say “If ya can’t pick it, ya can’t play it.”

Yeah, she’s super fast and super talented, but like the old saying goes, “If she can’t arm wrestle what’s she good for?” rings ever so true.

Certainly talented, but fast for fast sake is not good. I don't think she's doing the music a service by playing so fast.

spitfire, you bring up an interesting dichotomy...

I can play fast articulate phrases but it is the blues that I can't master.
