I think if the listener thinks of an alternate and unintended meaning of a song, that is too bad. Case in point: "Let It Be" There is one intended meaning to the song, if fans read something else into it, that does not make it a double entendre. A true double entendre is something that would be INTENDED by the speaker or writer.

Listen to any old blues song.

Or if you haven't got any imagination at all you can listen to this.
WARNING!!! Don't listen to this with kids present or put headphones on.

You should hunt down a disc in the Columbia Legacy Roots 'n' Blues series, and get the entry Raunchy Business: Hot Nuts and Lollypops. Among other titles, it has Lucille Bogan's gem plus . . .

Sam the Hot Dog Man (Lil Johnson)
My Stove's in Good Condition (Lil Johnson)
Wipe It Off (Lonnie Johnson)
He's Just My Size (Lillie Mae Kirkman)
If It Don't Fit, Don't Force It (Barrel House Annie)
My Pencil Won't Write No More (The Lead's All Gone) (Bo Carter)
Banana in Your Fruit Basket (Bo Carter)
Get 'Em From the Peanut Man (Hot Nuts) (Lil Johnson)
Bed Spring Poker (The Mississippi Sheiks)

I read in a recent article in GW that songs with double/sexual meanings are referred to as "hokum" and it is something that's been around since the late 1800's and early blues. "squeeze my lemons till the juice runs down my leg". Hmm, wonder what that could mean? :)
