Our tax goes to the police (and obviously other stuff) so i guess we are "entitled" to the use of the police if need be, but apparently not (or they are just lazy, i'm guessing lazy)

Small update

Got an SMS about he was out driving, and it dident go 2 minutes, and he drove past my house lol

i dialed 112, and explained what was going on, and now they are after him haha

that looks like a pint of gas and a match will fix the problem temporarily.

Thing is, i am sick and tired of this idiot when he drives like he does, that's why i want him put away.

i'm not the only one who thinks that, so i personally think its a good thing what i am doing here, both for the kids around the school where he often drives, and for him self

Others have said it, but sugar in the gas tank, drill a hole in the bottom of his gas tank, drop sand down the oil fill, etc. It sounds like after it's incapacitated that he won't be able to afford another car, so problem solved.
