And kittens.. it should have both or it might seem harsh.

What, no bunnies? If you want to get your message across, its bunnies, or nothing.

Lagg, turnabout is fair play: go drain the gas out of his tank. Use it to power your snow-blower. Like you said, if you don't get caught red-handed, they don't do anything. So drain him dry(poke a hole in the tank), then he cant drive it, and has to fork over the cash to get the tank replaced...

If he leaves that crapbox all over like that, get it towed and impounded, if you want to stay within the law. Else, make it disappear, or start on fire. Police reaction there seems to be another side of the sociopolitical system in place.

Currently i am just waiting on that the dude is out driving again, then i am gonna call the cops AGAIN, just to basically force them out and seek him up.

Then when he one day is done with his thing, i'm simply gonna go after the rest.

there is people in my town, who is seriously afraid of going out with their kids, just because of some of those young people in my town drive like they do :(

If you know where the trouble makers car is parked use a cable to secure the axle to a solid object like was done in the movie American Graffiti:

That sucks Lagg, I agree with the poop, I'd go & find as much dog doody as I could & decorate the inside of that thing.

It's the same here with our police since the cutbacks, they're not interested in any motoring offences, the deadbeats have free reign,

A friend who was burgled rang 999 to report it & got told to ring the police 'non emergency' number 101 & got a scolding for using the 999 number:shock:
which incidentally is self funding & you pay a big premium to use it, It's frickin ridiculous, I've never seen a police car of policeman on the beat in our area in over three years.

We had a brand new local police station built at a cost of millions & they closed it after a year when they made cutbacks, they installed a telephone in the wall if you need the police

that is just nuts :(

As i said earlier, we rarely see the police here, even tho i have a cop as a nabour.

it have happened where we had some cops here doing their thing,
Once we had -6- people getting cought doing bad stuff in 1 day, and then the 2nd time i have seen them here doing stuff, were when they tried to stop a motorcycle, but he tried to run for it, but got stopped since the cop car stood on top of the motorcycle and had to be towed away (i admit, i laughed at that HARD!)

but that is about it really. Maybe have seen them randomly when they are on the way to something in the nabour city or something, nothing too serious.

Our tax goes to the police (and obviously other stuff) so i guess we are "entitled" to the use of the police if need be, but apparently not :( (or they are just lazy, i'm guessing lazy)

it is what it is sadly

The poop idea is a good one, and you could go all Grumpy Old Men on him and leave a dead fish under the seat also.

My advice?

You're not a LEO. You tried to help but you couldn't.

Move on. Go do something else.

My wife is from a village in Vietnam. A small village near her's was being terrorized by outsiders who would come in at night and capture all the dogs to sell them for meat. This was an ongoing problem and the police wouldn't get involved.

One night several villagers were waiting and they killed the the guys stealing the dogs. Now the police did show up. Everyone in the village confessed to killing the outsiders. Police decided to do nothing.

Moral to the story is "it takes a village......."

But he has to live with it every day, it's affecting his daily life. He can't 'move on', it's in his 'front yard' every day.

Pain and suffering? Run over his dog? Eat his lunch? Date his girlfriend?

How, exactly does it affect his daily existence if he ignores it?

I've found that if one just relaxes and exercises some patience, problems will often solve themselves.

I think this guy (the joy-rider) will f*ck himself up sooner than later and it'll be done with.

JMHO...YMMV...etc.. :thumb:
