This inspired me to listen to a Spotify Blood Ceremony playlist for my Sunday joyride.

Oh the culture shock when I stopped to fuel up and the gas station was playing Taylor Swift and Meghan Trainor. No minor key progressions or flat 5ths. I felt like a ghoul who had stepped out into the sunlight.

mdub, I hear you. I LIVE in the key of Diablos-even as a childe- CHURCH! Uggggg-my mother tried-even "bribed" me with cookies- NO MOM! SAND AND SANDALS! I want Wolfman+Dracula. I do "speedball" often some Cat Stevens followed by VENOM------C+S+N+Y followed by SLAYER-----I enjoy the battle of Good+Evil.

Ansley Lister, Troubled Soul. I just enjoy this tone and melodic playing. Very soothing.

For a change of taste, I find the new Gojira as solud contender for Metal Album of the Year.

Another heavy tune (in my book). I listen to this when jogging and lifting. My wife is not a fan.

Right now it's George Jones drinking and cheating songs, which covers most of his work.
