So I went and got inked again today by the club I play at tattooist today, so nothing unusual there, I've been using this tattooist now since I starting playing at the club I've been gigging at for the last five years, so we have become quite good friends, to the point where we talk about our relationships with each other.
So the nerd as I call her , she is really really into dungeons and dragons and has has lots of dungeons and dragons themed tattoos and takes part in cosplay, so while tattooing me this morning she was talking to me about a romantic liaison that she was trying to have with her girlfriend.
Now the clubs tattooists is qualified to do and does offer laser tattoo removal, and her girlfriend is currently in the process of getting half a tattoo removed, she wants part of a tattoo removed so it can be redone the exact same design but in a different colour. So anybody here who has had laser tattoo removal will know that the area of skin that they use the laser tattoo removal machine on gets covered with a healthy thick layer of 5% Emla cream, this stuff Emla Cream 5% 5G | Anaesthetic & Pain Relief | Chemist Direct , and since her girlfriend is undergoing tattoo removal, she keeps it on her bedside table to deal with all the pain and itchiness associated with tattoo removal, I've heard that it is far more painful getting tattoos removed than getting them in the first place.
So the nerd was telling me that a few night ago that her and her girlfriend where all geared up for a night of hot passionate love making, until her girlfriend got the tube of 5% Emla highly effective local topical anesthetic mixed up with their lubricant, so my tattooist ended up with the most sensitive parts of her body being numb and not being able to feel anything for hours, while she was in the mood for a night of steamy hot passion and raging to go. The nerd has told me that since that night, she now makes her girlfriend keep her 5% Emla cream in their bathroom in the medicine cabinet, she doesn't care how itchy or sore her tattoo is after the tattoo laser therapy, just so she doesn't get put through that highly frustrating mix up again.
The nerd had me rolling on the floor with laughter this morning when she told me this, usually we don't get so graphic, or go into so much details with each other about our sex lives, but the nerd rightly thought that I would find her girlfriends mix up hilarious, I still can't stop laughing about it whenever I think about it, and picture how it could of or must of happened on the night in question.
There is a part of me that feels sorry for the frustration that she was put through, but there is a much larger part of me that can't stop laughing about it.
And no I don't have any photos from todays tattoo session, I still can't find the camera I bought and lost last week, and I'm waiting for my tattooist to email me the photos that she took of the work that she did today.
