The ribs are probably cooked through and could be eaten, but to get them where I want them they need more time in the smoker.

I put some BBQ sauce and a bit of water for flavor and moisture, before wrapping them up in tin foil and putting them back in the smoker.

The ribs will get 2 more hours in the smoker. This will really tenderize them to almost fall off the bone.
