Hello all, this is my first post (of many I'm sure).
I've been searching high and low to find any new info about the rest of the Slash signature guitars line up. Saw on the Gibson Custom website a tag that reads Slash Les Paul Goldtop...which leads to no info, just the Inspired by model.
Just found this pic tho....
Hope that's attached.
What do you guys reckon? I don't mind it myself, interesting to see that it has the same decal as the USA model, does this mean that it's going to be a similar run to the tobacco sunburst? Anyone got any more info. Just stoked to find a pic.
Was also wondering if Gibson would have any plans of doing a limited run of the snakepit sig, maybe even the double neck he used on the use your illusion tours (in ebony...you know the one)...I reckon it would most likely happen in a limted run akin to the Custom shop aged #1, if at all.
Anyway that's the boring stuff done on my part. Onto the fun stuff! I've been admiring all the amazing guitars on the forum and will have to try and get myself included, will be tough tho.
I currently have;
Gibsons:
1995 Jimmy Page Signature Les Paul
1999 Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul Standard
1988 Les Paul Standard
2006 Les Paul Standard
2007 Les Paul Standard
Fender:
1996 50th Aniversary USA Stratocaster
Acoustics:
Martin Usa
Some ol crappy Spanish covered in stickers
Squier:
Bass P J Pickups...had a little accident with some fire but now looks awesome.
Amps:
Marshall JTM30 combo
Marshal JCM900 25/50 (not a slash or anniversary model) head
1960 cab
And let's see a mandolin...and a partridge in a pear tree.
I also had some rubbish strat copies, an epiphone les paul and riviera, Jackson RR5 and Gibson Les Paul Junior.
PHEW! sorry for the long post, I'll try and get some pics of my current line up posted soon.
Cheers guys.
