I had the stupidest idea probably. So I wanted to try and make my own Les Paul style guitar. I only drew it and it contains 4 P90s (yes. Ill explain it if anyone wants to know). I was gonna have it have a set back tailpiece so its a little more comfortable on my hand (I rest it on the bridge mostly when playing), and I had the thought of using a Sideways Vibrola instead. Has anyone done this on a flat top LP? Or am I different.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen one a Les Paul period.

Are you going to series/parallel switch the 4 p90s?

I didnt think much of how to wire it in detail, but my idea was to keep the normal switch and four knob setup of an LP, but have the switch change between the lower two bridge pickups or the top two neck pickups. There will only be a master tone and volume and the last two knobs are three position rotary switches, which change between which of the two pickups are on relative to which two pickups they are wired to (so if the switch is set to the neck, the rotary switch chooses between both of those pickups or have both on, and the same for the other)
