I get this one out of jail on 2/18/2021. The correct color name is “burgundy mist”.

This Bullet is my beater. It is stock except for a pair of cheap alnico pups. It is my shop guitar, mostly used for testing amps.

I thought California gun laws were tough, but you have a 5 day waiting period for guitars?
Are they afraid you're going to rob a bank by threatening to play Stairway?

Partscaster.
Gotoh engraved hardware (including neck plate)
Fender Classic 50s Lacquer MiM neck
Fender Vintage Noiseless pickups with "Baja Tele" wiring (4-way + S-1 switch)
Body paint by Shawn Fintel @ GuitarPaintGuys

I have a twin Strat build underway... but the body was a POS import and the holes are screwed up... need to plug and re-drill for the neck and tremolo.

I used to own 3 Teles, but traded one in against my SG Standard.

'54 Esquire replica I put together using a Fender MIM neck (Fat U '51), that I refinished with tinted clear nitro. The White Blonde is a MIM Classic 50s Lacquer model, with Fender Original Vintage pickups and some cosmetic changes to make it more like a '56.

Before the Esquire neck refinish:

More recent one (I sprayed the Tweed cab at the same time as the neck):

Close up of headstocks as they are now:

The Esquire's 'secret sauce' (Fender Eric Clapton Mid boost):

I like a Tele/Esquire through my 'Plexi':

Where did you get the Esquire body? The finish is perfect.

I wanted a surf green tele so badly that I paid to have my sunburst ASAT Tribute stripped and re-painted. A few years later, Fender came out with surf green Squiers. Do'H!!!

@DBCooper It was swamp ash...though it's heavier than I'd like (I'm going to route a smuggler's route under the pickguard soon to remove a little weight).

This is a similar one from the same place I bought mine. There are links to higher res photos on SC Relic's site, so you can see in a bit more detail.
