Received a Traditional plus honeyburst
care of guitar center hoping the top wasn't to
flamed. well its too much for my liking.
Nice guitar, plays great, but the fifth fret inlay
is really dark. WTF? for $2300 you can get the inlays to match.
So I decided that I'll go for the 58vos plain top in Sunrise Tea Burst.
I call Guitar center and they say the can order the 58vos,
then I ask about the color, and it seems the might have to special order it, because it's not in their inventory, which they then say no
returns on special orders.
Repeat, on special order no returns. Hmmm! Is this true?
Has any one ordered the 58 vos plaintop in sunrise tea burst
recently from GC?
I have also heard about the two piece plywood, i mean rosewood fret
boards (don't care).
Just want a plain top vintage style in my color choice.
And, I want a new les paul, it's my first.
Just wondering if anyone has ordered this,
and what i might expect when dealing with GC.
