What's the story of this Junior?
There is a thread here somewhere but I can’t find it . I believe it is a 65 by the serial number and other features . Modified in the 70’s with some patent sticker PAF a brass nut (just made a new nylon nut ) and few extra pots and routes , now hidden .
@Danelectro helped me with some replica parts like the pickguard and the bridge and pointers.
It also has a very rare factory defect .
Wouldnt I like to know the full history. It was owned by someone from Detroit Michigan not far from Kalamazoo . I found the very next serial number sg jr on revermodified in the same fashion . Guy named Darrel made this dream a reality .
My main focus was to bring it back to as close as stock as possible , with a few tasty upgrades . The pickguard is a custom dimension, and it has bournes 500k pots and an Angela PIO tone cap . With Q pickups p90 same parts as originals , wails .

Headstock still 1 piece after all these years . Grover Pat pending tuners, as well . Serial number just a bit over 320000.

Bridge ground needs re done lol
