Don’t forget Orville and Orville by Gibson.
The Eastman guitars really do seem like an intriguing offer! It's hard to find a negative review of them. Made in China does trigger me a little... But dang, they look like rock solid guitars.
I've done the research for youThese are truly great instruments. I also could not find a negative review, The attention to detail is is awesome. The binding, fret work and overall construction are on point. EBONY FRETBOARD!!!! Cool inlays. Seymour Duncan Antiquity pickups, tastefully aged hardware and finish....I'm gushing. I understand the Made in China thing can put some off, however, these are also 100% hand made (so it had been said) even the finish is applied by hand. All done with real human hands, attached to real humans, that happen to be Chinese luthiers. I recommend giving them a shot. How do you like the neck on yours?
then NOBODY would buy them over here....Once Eastmsn figures out what they are doing, they will add $1000 to the price tag
Epiphone Elitist Casino Single P-90's though.I'd like to get a Semi-Hollow in the not too distant future. ES-335 is an option and a bit of the standard I'm considering.
I'm wondering what suggestions people have for other Semis that represent well against the 335? I know there are a plethora of Epiphones, less expensive Yamahas, etc. I'm not looking for the cheapest "giant killer". Just a worthy, comparable model from builders other than Gibson.
