Love the effect, would love a purple one. But all those colors on the same guitar imo is a kludge.

Discuss? What's to discuss? There's nothing to it. Bands of primary and secondary colors under black. Simplistic, super-ugly. It's about as good looking as the Fender CS "serape" Tele. If you want something no one else has (and there's a reason why they don't) then there's this. It's sure easier to produce than most finishes.a good investment over the short term, but who is going to pay a premium for these 10 years later?

My PRS is my best guitar. No question. I hope these are half as good.

Some of the grain on those strats are sweet!
I like open grain finishes myself . but not these . seems that the paint is filling the grain , and the top layer is just blasted off

Sandblasted, painted black and grainfiller? Gives reverse idea of shou sugi ban.

They're not my cup of tea either, but I kind of like that each one is unique instead of the typical veneer. As for resale value, that's hard to predict in general don't you think? Buying guitars with an eye on their resale value is a crap shoot.
