I Just spent the last 4 hours rolling the edge's on my fret board, I got to tell you it's feeling pretty nice. Here's a couple shots of the edge's and the tools I used..

I just recently did this to my 2000 R9 and B7 and i agree it makes a huge difference.
It now feels a lot better and more like my vintage 54.
2000 RI's have particularly sharp edges on the binding (have 2 from this year) and i wonder why Gibson were always too lazy to do this from that period.![]()
