None of you guys have probably ever heard of him. The best guitarist in this area IMO. Battled cancer over and over and over his entire life. One of the most selfless people I have ever met. My last text message to him said "I wish you well. You are one of the very few truly nice people that I have ever met." And he absolutely was. Every year he organized "Christmas for rosebud" a drive for the rosebud Indian reservation. He was almost 100% blind. Could see a spot out of the corner of his left eye so when he played a lot of the time he would cock his head to the side and he put big markers on his fretboard to help him see. He was a genius with a looper and whenever I went to see his duo I always requested voodoo child because of his looper work. Here is a video of him playing it. I wish I could find a version where he REALLY tore into it stacking loops. He was just an exceptional human being.
