Replacement bridge - Radius size?

I was thinking about making some easy upgrades to my Epi.
One of them being the bridge. I have already the aged Gotoh nickel bridge on order.
I'm not much of a tech guy so I didn't know I have to care about radius and stuff like that :(

Now I read that the Gotoh bridge is made for 16" radius.
My Epi's got 12".

So tell me... As I said I know NOTHING about things like this; How big of an issue is this going to be? Is it an impossible match? Is there a work around?

Thanks

It's not going to be a huge problem, but you might end up with just slightly higher action on the E and B strings (and also low E and A but that's usually okay) in order to clear the D and G strings.

Note that a lot of aftermarket tune-o-matics are going to be flatter than 12". So no need to worry too much
