2007 Gibson KS 336 Electric Guitar Inspired By Series

I accept reasonable offers!

Selling this rare Gibson KS 336 Inspired by Series. This one was designed by Kiefer Sutherland. CS 336 style body with an ebony board and super 400 inlays (essentially a CS 356 with super 400 inlays). Kiefer gold finish which is beginning to check and oxidize.

She has been played and not spoiled to be a closet queen. If you wish to bring her to stock, you can purchase the zinc bridge/stoptail, Gibson 57 Classics, stock pots, and Grover tuners.
I may have the original tuners somewhere. Will look for them.

I have upgraded the guitar with various parts. Tuners are Hipshot ($70), Seymour Duncan Sentient Neck ($90) and Custom Shop Brobucker ($100), custom electronics ($60), Retrospec studs ($20), and Pigtail Aluminum Hardware ($250).

The guitar rings beautifully across the board. She sounds like a very atriculate les paul. The ebony board and pigtail hardware, do have her a bit on the snappy end of things, but the pickups round her out well. She has a very quick attack and bends are a pleasure to play. Flamed mahogany back is quite rare. Frets have little to no wear. She weighs about 7 lbs 13 ozs. She's rocking a slim 60s neck.

Please ask questions. Can post more photos if needed.

$ 3150 OBO. Free shipping. Insured for full value. Can go lower on the price if gifted. I do have 175+ feedback on Reverb and 790+ on eBay (100%).

Surprised this is still here. The Ebony boards on these feel and sound killer.

^^ +1 Having owned multiple 336s and 356s, the ebony always set them apart. You can sort of nail a tele like bridge tone with the right settings/amp. They are pretty versatile guitars.
