Hard to tell... probably engineered tongue & groove planks... or could be laminate... maybe even VCT (I've seen VCT that looks like natural wood from afar).

If the imported non-Gibson guitar wasn't in the way, I might have a better idea.

I've never seen a Gibson finish that looks like that. Angle of the flame looks suspicious. Inlays are certainly not standard.

When blown up to 4x, it's easy enough to tell that it's not a Gibson logo on the head stock. So, it's not a fake, but it is cheap.
