Incredible.

You guys can have all the pretty guitars, this is the way that I like them.
Yeah, every time i've played that guitar i've been left with an enormous craving for vintage P-90's. it is in need of a re-fret, but its still playable and light as a feather. (one day I hope to have myself a '52 with trapeze set-up like Keith Urban.)

What I love about that guitar, and about guitars like that, is how they tell a story. This particular '56 has extraordinary wear bellow the toggle switch, an obvious sign of how the original owner played, yet the back is quite clean, in terms of buckle rash.
The neck pots are also way better than the bridge pots, another sign that buddy was most likely a neck pup player.
