My problem is my fingers can't keep up with my brain and I'll get sentences ahead of my fingers and 'overload the buffers'... Then I have to go back and correct what my fingers did trying to keep up.... Sometimes I think 'WTF does that even mean' and I'm the one that typed it...

I’m not even an especially fast typist and this happens to me constantly. It’s worse somehow on the phone despite only being able to use my two thumbs instead of 9.5 fingers. (both thumbs are only worth 1.5 fingers on a keyboard)
