Alrighty, I just bought a pair of 4-conductor humbuckers for my LP. I'm planning on rewiring it in the style of the Jimmy Page model which means I need 4 long-shaft push-pull pots. Here are my choices:

Stew Mac:
STEWMAC.COM : Push-pull Pots

All Parts:
500K 3-4 inch Pot | Allparts.com

Mojotone:
Mojo Potentiometers » Mojotone US Spec 500K Audio Taper Push-Pull Long Shaft Potentiometer

Mojo Potentiometers » Mojotone US Spec 500K Audio Taper Push-Push Long Shaft Potentiometer

RS Guitarworks
RS Guitarworks Online Store : Push/Pull Long shaft 500k Potentiometer - PP500LN

I'm guessing the RS ones are probably of high quality, but they cost almost twice as much as the StewMac ones.

1.) Does anyone have any experience with the non-RS ones listed above?
2.) Does anyone know what the difference is between the 2 from Mojotone I listed above?
3.) Does anyone have any other suggestions for push-pull pots?

Thanks

So no one here amongst all the LP players has any experience with the push-pull pots listed above or any others?

I used to use allparts, which are actually alphas. Good pots, but they turn really easy, can be your thing or not.

The $tewmac ones are fine, but its $till $tewmac. The mojotone ones are good, but even though I love that online store, the $hipping is expensive for me so check that out before you order. RS is great but expensive. Allparts is OK.

One of them is a Push-Pull, the other is a Push-Push.

3.) Does anyone have any other suggestions for push-pull pots?
I suggest not buying electronics from GFS even if their prices are great.

there are pretty much just two different manufacturers of these... one is Alpha, and the other one makes them for cheaper and sells them through several outlets. and I don't know about the Mojo-Tone ones, or who makes them.

I'd go with the ones that are Alphas.
They're not great pots, but they're the best push-pulls available. They also make a good push-push pot.

The Mojo-tone one's look interesting... the only ones with brass shafts.

Just watch out for the shaft size... if you have an Epi, you'll want metric ones, unless you're willing to drill or enlarge your holes.
If you have a Gibson, get the US sized shafted ones.

Personally, I'd stay away from the Stew-Mac ones, they look pretty cheap.
