Interesting argument in favor of public education

That sample size is way too selective. Yes they checked 4500 students but only in one physics course. They would need to expand it and look at all university courses/programs and track students from the time they enter university until graduation for their study to have any real meaning.

I had both the means and opportunity to send my kids to private school the whole time...

I chose not to, because I thought it important that they get to know the people they would be dealing with for the rest of their lives.

That, and I never saw the value in them knowing how to say "Ain't" in French at four years old.

Some folks value a sheltered existence, and some folks think that Home Schooling will give their kids (something). I wish them all the best.
