I'm just an amateur basement player and just wanted to put some of my stuff here. I admit I don't really know what I'm doing, but everything you hear on here is me playing for better or worse.

I'm a one man band. No vocals on this one, still working on that. I liked how this came out, maybe a few tweaks needed.

I think me and my buds did good here. I'm on drums, and my amazingly talented friends are on guitar and bass. My objective here was just keep a good beat.

A surfy number I did. This one is all me, drums, guitar, and bass.
Had a really fun gig on the weekend. MLP member @ScotttheScot and his lovely wife crossed the border just to come see us it was great to finally meet him.
It was a hot night, we played on the patio in Niagara Falls.
Hi res pics here
For you members that know Mr.Frets for his guitar knowledge and the beautiful guitars he has built, they should also know this !!!
The MAN can play !!!!.
His backing members are of high quality .
Solid Bass,Drums-timing and fills spot on,Vocalists on key and pitch and the man can belt it out and of course Fred on flawless lead guitar !
This is no garage band and not a dive bar group of guys playing for the fun of it.Well I’m sure their having fun who wouldn’t playing at high level and I’m not talking volume.
Anyone can just crank up the volume till you can hide behind the bad timing and musicianship just the opposite with Fred’s band.
Fred crafted the sound with his IPad checking and re checking the levels.
What a set list it was a set list that most bar bands wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole!
My wife and I would like to thank Fred and the band for inviting us up we had a blast hearing great music done exceptionally well.
Not too many people on this planet walk the walk but Fred’s one of them !
Sincerely,
ScotttheScot
Our latest video from The Glenn Baker Band. This one is very campy and a bit low-budget compared to our last videos. Unlike our last videos, this was shot live, warts and all, without much audio processing. I am guitar stage left and forum member AnthonySteele is guitar stage right.
We will also be opening for Big & Rich in Nashville on 13 September. Tickets are available here:
I'm currently in a band called What It Is doing covers of Steely Dan, Tower Of Power, Joe Cocker, Chicago, or anything with some good horn arrangements. Our list of shows includes:
