What's up guys? Hope you're all well. It's been a while since my last post. But I've come across a nice summer project, and I need my bros' help. It's being advertised as a 1984 Cort. No model is included in the ad. That's ok, but I don't know much about the body on this guitar. From the pics, can you determine if the body is solid? Or do you think it may be plywood over a frame (hollow)? I asked the seller how much the guitar weighed, but haven't gotten a response yet. Looking at the back, as well as some of the other Cort's and Hohner's of that era, many of them were, in fact, solid bodies. But that's not to say they are not chambered. Is there a way to look at the body and form an accurate conclusion?

Thanks guys!!!

I had picked up one almost just like that as a project about a month ago. It was a solid back with a hollow/ply top. I loved the guitar overall, sounded good and the veneers on it were beautiful, but it had neck issues that weren't easily solved. It had a severe forward bow in the first few frets that the truss rod wouldn't take out.
