Possible FAKE Ace on Craigslist

I just came across this Ace Frehley "Gibson" Les Paul on Craigslist..
Sure does look like a Chivson
What say Ye?? Fake?? The inlays etc look like an Epiphones, No Ebony..
What else am I missing??

I like to buy REAL Gibsons for that kinda money, I'm 2 for 4 so far..

I was even thinking about ordering some Rubbish from China just to see like some pickups for my oldest son's Hondo II, They have EMG 81/85 sets with all hardware for $40
I'm gonna try and buy the pickups used here on the forum instead..
I need two humbuckers in the 7-8 ohm area, really don't care what they look like either.. cream/white/black/zebra/chrome covers etc. I have a WTB in the classifieds..
Can't put anything nice in it as it will probably get pawned off for drugs
