I have a gig coming up next Saturday and I'm putting together a small pedal board to take with me. My home use board is too big to move around (around the size of a pedal train pro). The pedals I'm going to use are:

TC Electronic Spark Mini Booster
DOD YJM 308 Overdrive
Vox Satchurator Distortion
MXR Script Phase 90
TC Electronic Flashback Mini Delay
TC Electronic Corona Mini Chorus

Right now I have them in the order listed and they'll being going in the front end of the amp (no loop).

Thanks for the help!

Nothing wrong with your list at all that matters is how does it sound?

The only thing I would change would be to move the delay to end of the signal chain. But that's just me.

Here's my take. You already likely have a buffered pedal in there, so try moving the boost to the end. Then, I'd second Tazz' suggestion to move the delay to after the chorus, like this:

DOD YJM 308 Overdrive-->Vox Satchurator Distortion-->MXR Script Phase 90-->TC Electronic Corona Mini Chorus-->TC Electronic Flashback Mini Delay-->TC Electronic Spark Mini Booster

This looks like a good order. I would also experiment with the phaser position. Try it before, between and after the dirt. Some like it in the loop, some like it way out front. I have mine after my fuzz, but I seldomly run them together.
I'd set it up just like suggested here, then move it around.

Ooh, I'd have fun blamming that VOX distortion into that phaser, things could get messy. :thumb:

It's a hoot!! I sometimes smash that 90 with the fuzz, but I mostly have it for country/pink floyd-type stuff, not EVH or other modern rock sounds. One of my favorite uses is the 90 running slow, into a mid-tempo tremolo, clean, with a reverb pedal set to Surf. :)
Nobody in my circle quite knows what to do with it, which is why it works. ;)

I'd move the Chorus toward the front of the chain; either as the 2nd pedal (after the booster) or 3rd pedal (after the overdrive).

Also you could try moving your booster toward the end of the chain, between the phaser and the delay.

You'll get different results which may or may not be to your liking, or may or may not fit the style of music or tone you're going for, and depending on the amp you're using.

Don't be afraid to experiment.

My suggestion:

TC Electronic Spark Mini Booster
DOD YJM 308 Overdrive
MXR Script Phase 90
Vox Satchurator Distortion
TC Electronic Corona Mini Chorus
TC Electronic Flashback Mini Delay

Just in case it helps this is my pedal order:

Guitar --> Mooer Yellow Comp --> Roger Mayer Wah --> Mooer Blues Crab --> Arion Chorus SCH-1 --> Mooer Analog delay --> TC Electronic HOF mini Reverb --> amp

with the booster, put it before your other dirt pedals to increase saturation, or after to use as a solo boost or tone shaper.

This is the order I would use. . .

MXR Script Phase 90
DOD YJM 308 Overdrive
Vox Satchurator Distortion
TC Electronic Spark Mini Booster
TC Electronic Corona Mini Chorus
TC Electronic Flashback Mini Delay

Phase to me has always sounded better pre-dirt (personal opinion) and Chorus sounds better post dirt.

With the pedal order OD - Dist - Boost you have multiple options of different dirt textures. OD or Distortion by themselves with a Boost after for soloing. Then you also have OD into Distortion for a nice thick saturated tone with the option to boost the volume for soloing.

All IMO. . .
