Is much harder than I imagined . Its taking me forever to learn this stuff . The reason is because its not like most music, you know a verse a chorus a bridge . It like "verse ...don't play ... dive on 6th string 5th fret ... wait 12 bars play d7 shaped cord on 3rd fret ..... play the lead .... wait 1/2 measure and do a pick scrape ...now dive and when you come back up hit the 4th string 12th fret .
Then grab your balls and squeeze really hard so you can try and hit those back up notes

Oh how I long for the days playing in a hair metal band.

Have you found a one armed drummer yet, that can be really hard to pull off, no pun intended.

Def Leppard was my son's first ever favorite band, when he was young. They got bounced by AC/DC after a while.

I had one of my most memorable, early carnal experiences to "Bringin' on the Heartbreak."

You're not kidding!

It took me almost every day of a year, just to learn all the parts to 'Pour Some Sugar on Me'...and, I still have trouble with the second part of the solo. Lol

Get Fett for drummer.. Sorry, Fett... bad humor, but you seem to be taking it in stride and I applaud you for that.

The High and Dry record was the best work that band ever did. Mutt got WAY too Mutt with them after that, and changing guitar players really sucked the rock edge off the music. They sold like crazy, but they never really rocked again IMO
