Tried to get one of the Birdseye figure. It's hard to catch the right angle.

Also thought the back was slightly more faded/lighter red than the '15 TH.

Just got this 2021 50s Standard today. No flame but it definitely has the glimmering when you change angle.

The tiger stripe up around the toggle switch is particularly nice.

I saw this '20 R8 plaintop up for grabs over on TGP Classifieds and I was attracted to the Royal Tea Burst finish which has a deep brown-red 'burst finish that is not so bright as to fall into clownburst territory. I need another guitar like I need a hole in my head, but I've sold off a few vintage guitars this past year so I decided to go for it.

Zero flame, but it does have some faint blistering when the light hits it.

I was trying to convince myself that I didn't need another Les Paul, but when I saw the serial number the deal was clinched.

Absolutely love my Plain Jane 2008 G0 with MojoTone ‘59 Low Output PAFs. Looks AND sounds as naked as a clear blue sky. Okay that sounded weird... but it is the most transparent sounding LP I’ve ever played/owned. Made this Strat player a believer in LPs moving forwarding.
